Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow up to 2 weeks to process your order. Expect an email within  to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING Orders are generally shipped within 2 weeks using United States Postal Service. Flat rate shipping fee of $5 per item applies to orders shipping to any where inside of the United States. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $5 flat rate shipping and handling. Free shipping for orders over $100.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at arborconnections@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
